The flat edge of the 12cm Santoku Knife makes it ideal for slicing, dicing and mincing a wide range of vegetables, fruit, meat and fish. Scalloped indents push the ingredients away from the blade as you work.

The high-quality natural oak of the rectangular chopping board is protected by a food-safe, oiled finish, and protects knife blades when preparing food.

The Hand-held Knife Sharpener contains a replaceable ceramic sharpening wheel to micro-sharpen and hone your plain-edged kitchen knives. It can be used left or right-handed and is weighted with a non-slip base.
