Age Restricted Bladed Products Policy

All bladed products are sold only to customers aged 18 and over. A signature will be required upon delivery.

By placing an order for any bladed item, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. These products must always be used responsibly and lawfully.

Delivery Requirements:

• Delivery is only permitted to the exact address on the shipping label (this includes reception desks at commercial buildings).
• A signature from the recipient is required.
• We operate a Challenge 25 policy. If the delivery driver believes the recipient appears under 25, valid photo identification will be requested to prove they are 18 or over.
• The item can be handed to any adult aged 18 or over who resides at the delivery address.
• Delivery to neighbours or nominated safe places is not permitted.

Accepted Forms of ID: Passport, Driving Licence, or CitizenCard.

If no suitable adult (aged 18+) is available at the address, or if valid photo ID cannot be provided when requested, the parcel will be returned to us and a redelivery attempt will be made the following working day.

Please ensure someone over 18 with acceptable ID is available to accept the delivery.
