The Affinity stewpan from de Buyer has perfect and controlled heat diffusion across the entire container for even cooking. The high-sided stewpan is used for slow cooking, cooking with volumes of water, vegetables etc. The humidity stays inside the container and comes with a stainless steel lid. It features two cast stainless steel side handles firmly fastened with rivets.
